My other question was if you could find out what the horizontal, vertical , refreshing rates etc. are on my Commodore Ranger 15" (multisync?) monitor, since i didn't get any instructions with it and no-one seems to have heard about the monitor before. So if you could maybbe ask Commodore (or is it just Amiga nowadays) for the info. Thanks! Ml:markunread Marking #686421 unread. Ml:in From Memo * Date nikop 686421 . Tue Oct 18 19:03 1994. What I would really like to do is to read a UNIX tar format tape - physically connecting a SCSI QIC tape unit is not a problem, but is there any software available to read it? On the PC there's a PD port of the UNIX tar utility - is there any such thing available for the MAC? TIA, Charles.
