AudioSelect -- Control the Picasso IV audio output

In its basic configuration, the Picasso IV carries the signal of one out of
four audio input sources on its audio connector. With "AudioSelect" you can
control which of the four sources will be made available.

1. Running the program

AudioSelect runs both from Shell and from Workbench. It is recommended to
put the program into the "WBStartup" drawer of your system partition to have
it handy.

1.1 Parameters and icon tool types

The features of the program can be controlled both via Workbench and Shell.
In both cases, the parameters and tool types bear the same names and serve
the same purposes:

   CX_Priority=<-128..127>
   CX_PopKey=<Specifier>
   CX_PopUp=<Yes or No>

      These are the common parameters every Commodities tool offers.
      Unless you provide a different configuration by editing the
      tool types or changing Shell parameters the program will default
      to use the following configuration:

         CX_Priority=0
         CX_PopKey=alt f10
         CX_PopUp=Yes

      This means that after the program has been started, it will
      immediately open its settings window (CX_PopUp=Yes) and will
      show its settings window every time you hold down any [Alt]
      key and press the [F10] key (CX_PopKey=alt f10).

   Board=<1..10>

      Up to ten Picasso IV expansion boards are supported in one single
      Amiga computer. With this parameter you choose which board the
      AudioSelect program should act upon. If the parameter is omitted,
      the program will default to talk to board #1.

   Mute=<Yes oder No>

      You can switch off audio output completely with this parameter.
      To switch is off use MUTE=YES, to switch it back on use MUTE=NO.
      If this parameter is omitted the state of the audio output will
      be left unchanged.

   Source=<Amiga, AVModule, LineIn oder CD>

      This parameter selects the audio signal source to use

         Amiga    - Amiga audio signal
         AVModule - Audio signal of the AV module
         LineIn   - Selects the external audio input connector
         CD       - Selects the internal audio input connector,
                    this is where you would connect your
                    CD-ROM drive to

      If this parameter is omitted, the current audio source will
      be left unchanged.

   Set

      Normally, the program will stay in memory after you have
      started it and the audio configuration has been changed.
      However, if you use the "SET" parameter, the program will
      exit immediately after changing the audio configuration.

1.2 The settings window

You can also mute the audio signal and change the signal source via the
settings window. The "Mute" button toggles whether the signal will be muted
or not and the "Source" switch selects the signal source.

To close the settings window whilst keeping the program in memory, click the
window close gadget or use the "Hide" menu item. To terminate the program,
use the "Quit" menu item or use the "Exchange" tool to "Remove" the
AudioSelect program.
