Scottish rugby ground and home of the national team. It staged its first international in 1925 when Scotland beat England 14-11. The capacity is approximately 70,000. The ground was built on the site of the old Edinburgh Polo Ground at Murray's Field. The West Stand was added in the 1930s and the East Stand in the 1980s. Over 100,000 fans are reputed to have been in the ground for the match against Wales in 1975.
