1919- . Italian producer. His early films, 
including Fellini's La Strada/The Street 
1954, brought more acclaim than later epics 
such as Waterloo 1970. He then produced a 
series of Hollywood films: Death Wish 1974, 
King Kong (remake) 1976, and Dune 1984.
