Adjani, Isabelle 1955- .
French film actress of Algerian-German
descent. She played the title role in
Truffaut's L`Histoire d'Adele H/The Story of
Adele H 1975 and has since appeared in
international productions including Le
Locataire/The Tenant; Nosferatu Phantom der
Nacht 1979; and Ishtar 1987.
