An Introduction to the No Sampler? Series

The No Sampler? series first began with a small disk of utilities that I 
mentioned in an article in issue 2 of Total Irrelevance (The MED Users 
Group's own disk-zine).  It was subjected to a couple of updates and ended 
up with loads of music, articles and programs.

Volume two seemed like a natural progression - it featured more rippers and
a special never been seen before article about ripping MED music with 
the Action Replay cartridge.  It too was updated, with a brand new menu and
a new version of OctaMEDplayer as soon as they became available, and I was
given the go-ahead.

Now we are onto the third disk.  This time, the emphasis is more on Sampler
users, with my latest two articles, TREG and the now PD SuperSound v3!
There is also a `SampleMaker' type program - WonderSound, which is explained
in its own article by another MUG writer, Grant Mearns.  I am sure you will 
find this disk just as good as the last two.  If you are new to the 
magnificent world of No Sampler?, you can buy the first two disks from 
SeaSoft Computing (their address is in the Contacts section of this disk).
You can also buy the latest version of the excellent SuperSound program from
any CLR licenseware dealer in the near future.

Don't forget - you can use SuperSound to edit samples even if you haven't
got a sampler yourself!
