Short: Virtual memory for A4000/40

VMM40  implements a virtual memory manager for the A4000/40, it should
also  run  on other Amigas with a 68040 processor (untested).  In this
version,  paging  is  only supported to a dedicated partition.  A nice
GUI  to  enter  all  parameters  and to disable certain tasks and load
files from using virtual memory is also provided.
