Is a noticeboard for anyone who wants to advertise anything or who would
like to know if anyone has a certain item for sale.  It is just like the
`Reader`s Ads` column in many magazines.  The fee for an ad on one disk is
just 5p per 1k!  So for example you could have a 47,104 character text file
for just £2.50!  For a better example, this file would cost just 35p
