V1315 TRAPDOOR v1.83
There are not really too many new features in this release (well, there are
the one or two things that "slipped" in :-), like KS 2.04 public screens,
enhanced accounting, fax software support, etc.), but mainly we have spent
some literally months on fixing two weird bugs.  One was in the EMSI
handshake -- quite a few of you have seen those "0:0/0.0" addresses andEMSI
failures in the past...  that's past and gone now.  The other one is
hopefully fixed and that's the "duplicate file sending" bug in the ZedZap
routines.  This has been _really_ though to find.  I'm still not 100% sure
if it's absolutly flawless now, but I'm quite confident it will give you
less trouble than before ;-).
