InstallNewAlert replaces the old "alert.hook" and Alert() function
with a "Guru" that tells you the error in english and the task that failed.
The Alert() function is identical to the one in V2.0 of the O/S except
it calls my alert.hook instead of the ROM version.  Of course, if the
system crashes good enough (to trash the resident module), the old alert
will be displayed instead.  InstallNewAlert can be safely put in the
Startup-Sequence since it will not install itself more than once.
