MatchRun

Usage:
	MatchRun TestString ScriptFile

Matchrun test the Environment variable UserName for the supplied
TestString value.
If they are equal, then it runs the ScriptFile

This is useful together with programs such as ALock.
As you can then run several different startupscripts according to your
different Logons.
