	With this great tool is´s very easy to convert an IFF-picture
	to an bitmap file.

	Short instructions:
	-------------------

	- first you type the iff-filename
	- after the loading the file you can see your picture
	- after pressing left mouse button there´ll be shown some
	  informations about the picture
	  ( num. of bitplanes, pixels , words per line , length of
	    one bitplane)
	- type the filename to save
	- type the name of the colormap to save
	
	note to the colormap :
	----------------------

	- the colors are copied into a little copperlist.
	- the colormap file is an ascii-file & seka compatible
	  ( so don´t forget the ".S" after the filename)
	- you can easily take the colormap in your own
	  programm ( demos, intros ........) 
	  

	note to the iff-file :

	Warning !! 
	The width must be divisible by 8 !!!
