This program generates a Random Dot Stereogram from a color picture.

This version first opens a drawing window, and a command window.

Click on the "Front Gadget" of the Command Window, then select a color

by pressing F10. The colors are random, except for the white on the far

left. There are 8 percieved 3D planes in the finished B&W picture, each

corresponding to one of the 7 color choices, plus black. Black is the

lowest plane, and the other colors are successively higher.

After you have a color, choose F8 or F9 to draw circles or rectangles,

and place them all around the screen. Looks good, doesn't it? Well, if

it doesn't, press Q to quit or C to clear the screen.

When you have completed your "picture", press F5 to begin the 3D drawing

process. You will notice lines beginning to fill the "3D IMAGE" window

from top to bottom, left to right. The two dots on the screen are to

create the "fusion spot". (Please see COLORBAT's instructional file on

"Free Viewing".)

Future Plans??  A re-write in C, the ability to save the "3D IMAGE" as an

IFF file, and the ability to import IFF files as the "COLOR IMAGE."

This was written in AmigaBasic and compiled with AC-Basic. I run it on a

2000 with 3MEG RAM, a Fatter Agnes, and a 68000. I have also run it on a

68020 with a Fatter Agnes.
