Release Notes

This is release 1.3, which corrects a few bugs in 1.2 and adds a couple of
new features.  Two major additions are the use of Arp's ASyncRun() function
to run programs (which fixes a few bugs) and allowing work on files in the
destination directory.  Also, the meaning of the FLIP gadget has changed
since 1.2.  Unfortunately, the 1.2 configuration files will have to be
altered slightly to bring them up to speed (just by adding a StackSize
number to the end of the GADGET lines).  See documentation for details.
