EMake: Integrates TxEd with Manx Aztec 'C' compiler (at least a little).

Performs a 'make' and then causes TxEd to automatically pop up with cursor
sitting on the first error reported by 'cc', if any.  Once in TxEd, you can
bounce around from error to error, seeing each one in situ for easier
debugging.  Requires '-Q' switch on 'cc' to create AztecC.err file.  Please
note that this is a very simplistic, quick  and dirty implementation; it
won't even attempt to stay in sync if you add/delete lines of source code
while bouncing from error to error.  If you need to add/delete lines, start
at the bottom of your file and work upwards.  Or better yet, fancy these
scripts up and upload them for everybody else to use  B-).  Public domain.
Feel (extremely) free to enhance and/or distribute at will.  Hopefully this
will goad somebody into cranking out a really nice integrated environment;
I'm really surprised to be the first (that I know of) to even try and do
this.  I mean, that's what ARexx is *for*, and Aztec's -Q was obviously
intended for exactly this purpose...
