Here are the two Bible programs I talked to you about. Electric New Word
is the one disk New Testament program and Bible 1, 2, and 3 comprise
Electric Word, the complete King James Old and New Testaments.
Electric Word is bootable, Electric New Word is not. If you don't have
a license agreement for 1.3 with Commodore, you can delete the
icon.library from the Bible 1: disk. The dos files in the C directory are
all arp commands.
Here is a quick summary of the two programs and some features of each:

ELectric New Word is free to copy, but not to sell for over $6.00
without the author's permission.

Electric New Word is the entire King James version of the New Testament
on one disk. Unlike  PD Bible programs, ENW has a graphic interface
that allows the user to click on the section of scripture he wants and
have the text uncrunched to Textra, a PD text editor. Great for Bible
study, research, and note taking. Scripture and/or notes can then be
printed out.

The program checks for free memory while loading and automatically
conserves needed memory.

Installation on a hard drive is as easy as dragging the ENW drawer to
the place on your hard drive that you want it. ENW reassigns itself on
startup!

ENW has keyboard equivalents for all important commands, pull down menus,
and onscreen buttons to make the program accessible to new users.

ENW works under 1.3 and 1.2. Future versions will, hopefully, support 2.0
as well as contain a couple of new features.

ENW returns all, if not most, of the memory back to the system after
quitting.

ENW multitasks on one meg machines. Great for finding a scripture file,
saving a section of it to disk, and uploading the result w/user comments
to a bbs message area!

Electric Word, the complete Old and New Testament, contains all the
above features except auto reassigning to a hard drive. Reassignment is
still easy and explained in the Electric Word docs on disk.

Electric Word is NOT PD. NO fee, and that includes fees for shipping,
handling, or disk replacement, may be charged except by registered
distributors. To become a registered distributor, send a  $50.00 check
made payable to Habitat for Humanity and in the memo section note that
it goes to the Amherst Satellite.

Users MAY make copies for friends as long as no money or services
change hands. Electric Word may not be uploaded nor downloaded from
any electronic service. (Who would WANT to d/load 3 disks of stuff,
anyway?)

All registration fees go to Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit group
committed to helping low income people get decent, affordable housing.
