FFormat

This program didn't have any docs, so I guess this is it.  Quite Simply, as
the shortened name suggests, this is a fast formatter.  I whipped up a quick
test for TOPIK,
                  AmigaDOS Format Command : 1 min 45 secs
                          FFormat Command : 49 secs

This was just formatting an unformatted disk, both disks worked fine, so it
is clear that it is in the Amiga Owners best interest to copy this command
into their C: directory!
