  Moderate breezes during night.
 Light airs most of day - sighted
  Palma Island at 9 a.m. and at 
 noon island was 15 to 16 leagues
 distant S.E. - Mrs.Johnston much
  better but causing trouble.
 Mr.Mein still very ill and can 
 hardly walk - Mrs.Suddis's dog 
  was grease painted and thrown
          overboard -
    likewise Mr.Clark's cat.
 Course variable S.W. to S.S.W.
