Key mapping:-

Many keys and key combinations are pre-configured by DME (default
settings) but it's also possible to assign keys in the set-up file
".edrc" (see About DME).  The most useful of the assignments are as
follows:-

    Shift-right arrow	:Move cursor to end of line
    Shift-left arrow	:Move cursor to start of line
    Shift-up arrow	:Page-up
    Shift-down arror	:Page-down
    Ctrl-up arrow	:Move cursor to top of document
    Ctrl-down arrow	:Move cursor to bottom of document
    Help		:This file

Invalid Menu Items:-
A number of menu options have not yet been set up, and these are
marked with an asterisk.  Selection will either bring up a help file
or do nothing at all!  Hopefully these will be implemented next time
round.
