DME can be user-configured using a set of commands that link to the
program itself via a startup file in the sys:s drawer called ".edrc".
The default set-up is with no .edrc file, and has no menus, so I have
designed an appropriate set of pull-down menus.  As I work with DME I
am sure that they will change - for example, the justify options don't
know how to handle paragraphs at the very top of a document.  Should
be a relatively simple matter to improve the macro...
