Quickbench After installing you can remove the Disk and enjoy
   all the normal Workbench functions such as Diskcopy,formating,
   info, moving files with icons etc.

   but at 10 times floppy speed And with out the need for Workbench
   Disk freeing off drive 0
 
   And theres more if you get a GURU just give er' the old Vulcan
   death grip Left Amiga Right Amiga Ctrl and Quickbench will reset
   no need to put any disk in drive 0

   So just boot up this disk and the Quickbench will be installed in your
   Amiga.
