Wait until Dpaint has read the internal disk for all fonts on DF1:, when the drive has stopped, click in the file window and then type DF1:FONTS. The external drive will now jump into action and read the Font directory of the new font disk, after a few moments you will see the titles of all the Fonts available. Click on the font you would like to use and then click on Load and in a few moments the Font will be ready to use, cancel the requester and you will be prompted with ~USE FONTS COLOURS~, answer Yes to this and you are now ready to use the Fonts. On all of these coloured Fonts, we can only vouch for the 26 capital letters, other symbols and characters, you will have to design yourself by either resizing, rotating on cutting bits and pieces off of each letter to arrive at the character you require. Some Fonts are 16 colours and Dpaint can only support 8, this means that if you load a 16 colour font, then ask to use the Fonts colours and then try to use the Fonts, they will look rubbish. This is how you use a 16 colour Font, select the font as above and then either answer yes or no to ~USE FONT COLOURS~, then go to load brush, find the appropriate brush that matches the font, load it and then got to the colour requestor and request to use the brush colours and hey presto 16 colour Fonts. If you experience problems, please phone PD Soft and ask to speak to the FONT MASTER. Please reset and Load Dpaint Good Luck & enjoy
