HELP for READ:

The READ command may be used to either read personal mail or to examine the
contents of a file.

Syntax:

READ MAIL <letter#>  - presents the contents of a letter. A list of letters in
                       your mailbox may be had by typing LIST MAIL.

READ FILE <filename> - presents the contents of a data file. A directory of
                       files available to you may be had by typing LIST FILES.
