                               version 1.1

What is it?
-----------

SuperLoader.loader is a flexible loader module that allows you to load any
of the image types supported by superview.library directly into OpalPaint.

Installing
----------

Copy SuperLoader.loader to OpalLoaders:

Don't change it's name or it may not be recognized by OpalPaint.

You will also need superview.library, it is available on Aminet:

Directory: gfx/show
File : svlib117U.lha (117 is the version number,
it will probably be different by now.)

If you are using OpalPaint 2.3 or higher, right click on the load menu item
and it should automatically be recognized by OpalPaint.

If however you are using an earlier version you will need to run the
program RemoveLSI to remove all loaders from the system, and then run the
program InstallLSI to re-install all the loaders, and include SuperLoader.

If you don't have RemoveLSI or InstallLSI they are on Aminet:

Directory: gfx/board
File : lsidocs.lha (I'm not sure of the case?)

Operation
---------

If you have installed it correctly you should be able to right click on the
Load Image icon and see a list of loaders available to OpalPaint.

Superloader should now appear in this list.

Select SuperLoader.

You can now select any of the image formats supported by superview.library
straight into OpalPaint.

Credits

Andreas Kleinert, this man wrote superview.library. Without it this loader
is nothing. Thanks Andreas, you've done all the hard work for me!

Thanks must go to Carmen Rizzolo for beta testing this in NTSC and making
some very good suggestions. Also thanks to Martin Boyd (author of
OpalPaint) for his help and feedback whilst writing this.

Internet - what a resource!!!

Disclaimer
----------

Do whatever you want with it!

Other Stuff
-----------

Got anything else you want added to it????

Let me know at steveq@sndcrft.DIALix.oz.au and if it's not too time
consuming I'll do it!

History
-------

v0.0 - First the Earth cooled.

v1.0 - Initial release. No known bugs! (Ha)

v1.1 - Found a bug in the way planar data was passed to and handled by
OpalPaint, consequently simple palette mapped images would crash the
machine! Now fixed.
