	Ghost		DalHelper: Kill your Ghost Nick.
	NickID		DalHelper: Identify yourself to NickServ.

	UnIgnAuto	UnIgnore an Ignore auto-done by MCF.
	Ignore		Ignore & Silence a User.
	UnIgnore	UnIngore & UnSilence a User.
	SayAbuser	Mark a User as a Speech Abuser.

	Snd2Nick	Send Sound Request to Nick.
	Snd2Chan	Send Sound Request to Chan.
