This is a modified version of the Transpose tool supplied
with Rules For Tools. The original Transpose tool supplied
with Bars&Pipes Pro 2.5b is faulty; try playing a chromatic
octave through it and listen to the results.
This Chromatic Transpose tool fixes the fault and presents
a chromatic method of specifying the transpose interval.
The files of this package may be redistibuted in any way
provided all are supplied and they are not altered.
If you use this tool, please send me some email criticising
or praising it or just saying that you're using it.

To install the tool, copy chromatic_transpose.ptool to your
Bars and Pipes Tools directory. You will need the RFT package
to be able to recompile this tool. The tool supplied was
compiled using SAS C 5.10b on an A1200 with a Blizzard 1260.
