What I see in the term Mailware: Mailware means, this Program is freely
distributable. You may test it, use it and copy it to friends or other
users. The only thing you should do is to send me an E-Mail. If you have no
InterNet-Acces, you may not send but if you like you can send me a
Postcard.

This Program may be includet into Shareware- or PD-Collections as long as
this collection is not made for any personal profit. If you want to include
this Archive you have to take it as is without any changes. You have also
to contact the author when including this archive.

Since I'm not able to speak and write other languages than English, German
and Russian I'm searching for Translators.
If you want to translate the documentation into a language contact me via
InterNet FIRST, since it may be possible that there is anotherone
translator in your choosen language.
