Allows the use of MS-DOS commands normally issued on the ugly black
screen of a horrible PC, on a wonderful Amiga.  You can still use AmigaDOS
commands as well.  Otherwise transparent!  If you're sick going to use
A: and B: instead of DF0: and DF1:, and prefer . and .., and like typing
fancy things like DELTREE... well this is for you.  Any MS-DOS user can
quickly manipulate files in the same way on the Amiga.  Da daaa... :)
