Tagart V1.0 By Chi Wai Lee Tagart is an external AREXX script to use with any MMS like April or Foozle. It's useful to add funny sentences and put some humour into your messages. Taglines are supported by many Off-Line readers, however, most known FTS-1 Fido MMS lack this feature. The easiest way to use Tagart is to invoke it from an AmigaDOS script file that calls both your favorite text editor and Tagart. A demo script is provided with this pack and you can modify it to your needs and use it with your software. Taking Foozle for an example, run FZI (Foozle's configuration program) and press the "General 1" gadget. When you get to the editor preferences write something like "execute s:tagart.script %" where "tagart.script" is your script file. USAGE: Tagart file_to_tag Tagart is hardwired to look for the tagfile as MAIL:tagfile but this may be easily changed by altering the AREXX script. The tagfile can be edited by any text editor but must have the first line being the number of taglines in the file. The tagfile is currently limited to 999 taglines and I will probably not increase this as I do not see the reason to use any more. This script is freeware and has no copyright. You may alter it in any way and use it within you own programs but please at the least acknowledge the use of it.
