An update/bugfix to sendnews and postnews from the postnewsspool
package by James Burton which I recommend that you also 
get.

It is used to spool news articles while offline and then send
them off when you connect.

New to version 3.1

	- does not need seq file anymore
	- now uses ADOS functions - size reduced to ~11k
	- ANY file put into spooldir will now be sent
	- any nntp posting program can now be used
	- failed archive entries now have separator lines
          containing date and time of failure. 

AmiTCP only

New to version 3.2

	- New env variable to stop postnews sending article
          if you are online.

	- Command line option for same purpose
