Do you ever just open a capture buffer to grab a UUencoded
file?  Then you have to remove all the garbage you got along
with the UU file before UUDECODE can do its magic.  UUCLEAN
makes a serious effort at removing all the extraneous text
from your capture file.  It requires a recent version of
ixemul.library but if you want to recompile, the source
in C is included. Version 0.2 12 September 1995
