This was the first available version and used a very time consuming way of
finding taglines, it scanned the whole tagfile!!

Introduced the coding system and changed the tag read to speed things up
a little bit... Omitted debug info from file to cut size and optimised code.

Added new program Makeidx to speed up access to taglines. This greatly
improves the speed on large tagfiles. Also changed the access code to be
case insensitive.

Removed the temporary file.. Randtag now deals direct with the file to edit
this now probably speeds up the program by 50-70%. Also removed debug info
from makeidx to reduce size.

1.1i has had all of the major text in the program put into a text file called
randtag.lan which lives in the S: directory. This means anyone is free to
translate this file and redistribute the archive in this state!

Also the lottery number generator allows for different settings to allow for
different countries/Or US state lotteries.

This version is the first update to be made available on Aminet since 0.96!

Also allows (Limited) Use of PGP direct.. IE:

'Randtag MODE=1 PGP ram:test' will call the command line marked as PGP in
the config file after edting the file.. This is used to encrypt the outgoing
text automatically..
