caUsing this utility instead of CNet's built-in multi-mail command allows
the SysOp and users an easy alternative to sending mail to every user.

Simply enter a subject, answer the few questions (about return-receipts
and return of original), write your mail and BOOM, MegaMail sends the
mail to every user and notifies you of the number of actual recipients.
