One thing that's important is telling them how to R:Read Reverse a message, to reset their highest message read flag, so the next time they log on, the T:Threaded New will all be true new messages. You might also want to remind them about using the arrow keys and the Return key to mark their files for auto-downloading, whatever else strikes your fancy. Then lock the message so it won't roll off the end.
