Short: V1.0, KS1.3+, New rendering techs & fractals

The program features some new coloring techs also applicable to the
internal part of the sets. V1.0 uses ReqTools (not 'req' as the BETA).
Also realy faster than the original, it features support for FPU and 
introduces fractals I could not find anywhere alse. Definitively worth a 
look if you like fractals!
