JPEG.svobject for superview.library V6+
 - allows switching between 8 and 24 Bit Output
   via ControlPads
 - writes JPEG (24 Bit) from 1-8 and 24 Bit
 - worked fine with all tested 24 Bit JPEGs

CHANGES from V2.2 to V2.3 :

 - added write-support : if you do not need it,
   you should continue using V2.2, since it is
   significantly shorter and almost no more
   changes have been made since then.
