WS_PackHELP is only run under Kickstart 2.0 or higher.
When, did you install WS_PackHELP, you have to run Program Install
with Doubleklick on the Icon.    

WS_PackHELP is very easy to use, WS_PackHELP has an Online-Help and
you can read in the Documentation for details Information.
