SHORT: Floppy/Hard drive test program (PD, source, requires 2.04)

Tests floppy disks (880 K and High density) for good tracks and file
integrity; tests file integrity for single files, directory trees,
hard disks. Public domain, include source; appwindows, and a fully
implemented 2.04 GadTools text scroller. An upgrade to DiskTest, who
has appeared on Fish Disk 663.
