*************************************************************************** PcRestore Historyfile *************************************************************************** Version 2.23 Fixed an bug the paths. If you entered a longer path than 16 chars then PcRestore chopped of the rest. Fixed. /Boogie was found by Mats Granstrom. Version 2.22 Fixed a little bug that caused PcRestore to Abort when you was prompted to insert 'BACKUP.XXX' in 'XXX'. It doesn't appear elsewhere so I didn't find it. Thanks to Mats Granstrom for finding it. Version 2.21 Changed the 'Check destination file' a bit. Now you will be prompted if you want to Rename, Replace or Skip a file. Version 2.20 From this version and forward I will enclose 2 different versions of PcRestore. 68000/030 version just for you speedfreaks out there. Added a 'Check destination file' option so you don't have to check if you already have the files etc. / Idea by Kenth Bertilsson. Added a historylog so you can see what files you have restored. / Idea by Kenth Bertilsson. Added some file info like filesize, disk # etc. / Idea by Mats Granstrom. Rewrote parts of the restore-routine. Now you can abort in the middle on a file instead of waiting until the file was restored. PcRestore uses a lot lesser memory now aprox. 10Kb for the restoring part + PcRestore itself. Fixed a bug in the restore-routine, somethimes PcRestore could report that you haven't enough memory. Version 2.12 Fixed an annoying bug. Sometimes PcRestore hangs itself up when restoring a file, it wouldn't have caused any diskvalidating problems but still it was an very annoying thing. Added a RWP (Remember Window Position) thing. When you save your config it will also save the position of the PcRestore window and PcRestore will use it the next time. /Thanks to Mats Granstrom for the idea. Version 2.10 Added a AutoMount gadget. When you activate this and save the configuration then PcRestore will attempt to mount the sourcedevices at startup. If you use 'AutoMount' then you MUST have the 'Mount' command on your disk (I made it that way cause if you get a newer 'Mount' command you simply put it on the disk instead of chasing around to find an upgrade to Pcrestore) this mode is very good if you doesn't mount 'CrossDos' or similary. Fixed a silly bug in the 'Preserve Pathnames' gadgets. It didn't always use this option when the option was enabled thru the configfile and PcRestore would give a shit about it when restoring a backup. The configurationfile has been changed a little bit so you have to reconfigure PcRestore. I shall try to avoid it further on. Version 2.05 Added a '-s' command. If you type 'PcRestore -s' then PcRestore will automaticly start to restore a backup with the current config. Version 2.0 First release that requires OS2.0 . Intuition version based on PCRestore V1.12 ***************************************************************************
