		Sceptic De-/Cruncher V1.01 description

These two little utilities are coded especially for trackmos. (Very fast
decrunching!) You can use the cruncher to crunch your code and datas. At code
he won't be very efficient but at datas he gives you a better result than the
DPaint algorithm.
It's a very basic version ! So if you have hints or found a terrible bug...
watch out for a new release or...
