SHORT: Moves Screen on ActiveWindow to show it totally

This tool looks after windows beeing activated to be totally visible by
doing MoveScreen(), ScreenToFront() and WindowToFront(). Very usable when
having a scroll workbench. Kickstart 2.0 only, includes source in assembler.
