This is a UNIX port of the file command.

I added some Amiga definitions to the magic file (see magic.amiga and
place as magic in etc: or s: or set env variable MAGIC_FILE), see there.

I added "German text" in names.h.

I replaced the magic-file-name and the search order. It is now:

  a) command line option (highest priority)
  b) test ENV-Variable MAGIC_FILE (path and name, please)
  c) etc:magic
  d) s:magic             (lowest priority)
