 Description
 ~~~~~~~~~~~
 PbView is a phonebook viewer for NComm v2.0. It is based on the PbViewer
 included with the NComm v2.0 archive, but has a intuitionised display of
 all the data held in the phone book.

 PbView can be run under both WB1.3 & 2.04, and can be started from either 
 Workbench or CLI.

 The program runs from CLI as follows:

 PbView [phonebook]

 Where phonebook is the name and path of the phonebook you wish to view. If
 phonebook is omitted, or the program is started from Workbench a file
 requester will be displayed.

 The requester is produced with reqtools, and requires reqtools.library to
 be in your LIBS: directory. If for any reason PbView is unable to open
 reqtools.library it will open the default phonebook (NComm:NComm.phone),
 or exit if that file can not be found.

 The program is controlled entirely by the 4 gadgets in the lower righthand
 corner.

 The left & right gadgets move backwards and forwards through the entries in
 the file.

 The about gadget will open a small window giving information about the
 program, and the quit gadget will exit the program (suprise suprise)

 ALL VERSIONS BELOW v0.4 were internal Alpha test versions.
