                   Nep Drive 1.0 Documentation


Nep Drive 1.0 is (c) 1992 by Nepomuk.  It is based onto Ram Drive
1.0  (c)  1988  by Commodore.  You may freely re-distribute it as
long  as  you copy the archive's contents in whole and unchanged,
and as long as you don't demand any money for coping.

Nep Drive 1.0 is a recoverable ram disk, similar to Ram Drive 1.0
by  Commodore.   To be exact, there's only one difference between
them.   Unfortunatly, Commodore's Ram Drive 1.0 isn't resident on
ZKICKed Amigas.  Nep Drive 1.0 is.

Installing  Nep  Drive 1.0 is simple.  First off, copy the device
itself  (NepDrive.device) to your DEVS:  path, the remove command
(RemNep) to C:  path.  Only thing left is to add an entry to your
mountlist.   It's  used  exactly like the old Ram Drive device of
Kickstart  1.3.   Look  at  the included example mountlist if you
have doubts.
