v1.03 : First major upgrade - 3/30/91

  -Detects carrier loss and resets.
  -3 minute inactivity timeout.
  -Gets real date from system (not really very important)
  -"More" prompt for long text files.
  -Includes new toggle (-R) to reboot the system rather than reset.
  -Added support for other serial devices and units.
  -Removed kludge for GlobalWar v.99c. (PTA is now only compatible
    with GWar v1.0 or later)


v1.0 (revised) : Released on Chris' Amiga

  -Installed kludge for GWar..  effective, not pretty.
  -Matched colors of PLoc to ANSI standard.


v1.0 : First release to public

 -Other than the loss of memory due to GWar's random over-writes,
   a very nice program.


Future:

 -OwnWindow toggle for users with lots of memory.. so that the remote
   version will be visible to the sysop.  (This is already in place,
   but has not been tested, and probably shouldn't be used.  If you
   feel adventurous, the toggle is -S, used exactly like the -R toggle.)
 -Any other requests by the general populace.
