Changes for V2.0a

    - wrote assembler interface routines for xpr_functions() to
      avoid Lattice' indirect-function-call bug
    - changed default settings to BINARY transfer to avoid problems
      with certain other implementations of ZModem
    - changed default IO buffer to 32k
    - kludged out Division_by_Zero bug in datarate calculation
