  If you want the network's output beng written to a file, you select
  the file's name interactively using this option.
  If you select a file that already exists, SynWorks will ask you
  if to discard it. If the file is not discarde, the actual output will 
  be appended to the existing file (remember this when you review 
  the results !). If you have the path and the name of the desired file 
  in mind, you can also enter the name using the 
  NetWork/NetWork I/OParameters option.

  When writing data to a file in ASCII mode, SynWorks will always write
  a header before writing the data to inform you at what time and under
  which condition the following output was created.
