  If you want to know more about the influences of certain links on
  your network's behaviour, you should select this option.
  SynWorks will perform several complete test runs on the specified
  file, each one with a slightly modified weight of one link of
  one neuron, that you have to select first. The check protocol is 
  written to the selected result file, using the set accuracy.
  Therefore, "Check weights" works only if the desired output is a file.
