	Works with VLT and Handshake terminal programs
	Modem0.device works with 2400ZI Plus
	ShowModem works with 2400zi Plus
	Shared open problem is fixed.  Allocated memory will now be freed 
		after the system call expunge().  NOTE:  this is commonly
		done with FlushLibs from the hidden Workbench menu when
		Workbench is started with the -d option.
	FollowDTR added to allow compatibility with programs that write 
		directly to the internal serial port DTR line.  ie. TAG BBS
	Enhanced doc files

Bug fixes					03/13/92

	The device driver now waits until a write is completed before
	    returning the write request to the caller.  This fixes the
		problems with Whap! and zmodem uploads.
