A Cron is a program that will run other programs or arexx scripts at 
a given time and date.

EZCron is unlike other Cron programs in that it gives the user a complete
Graphic User Interface for controlling your programs start time, start
date, arguments (up to 4 per event), sound effect on start time, and even
